Enter and take a seat. Press the call button on the table to order. Mul Naengmyeon (broth style) and Bibim Naengmyeon (spicy mixed) are the two main choices. Add mustard and vinegar from the table to your Mul Naengmyeon for extra zing. Use scissors provided to cut the long noodles. The broth should be drunk — it is very flavorful. Side dishes of pickled radish and kimchi are included. Pay at the counter.
