Paul Bassett Ice Cream Atelier

Paul Bassett, the specialty coffee chain founded by 2003 World Barista Champion Paul Bassett, opens a dedicated ice cream popup at Shinsegae Gangnam's prestigious Sweet Park dessert floor. The 'Ice Cream Atelier' concept brings together their six most-requested bestselling flavors alongside exclusive new creations including a lavender ice cream that previously generated massive customer demand for reissue.

Visitors can try topping ice creams, ice cream lattes, and a coffee ice cream made with the spring seasonal blend 'Pruet Fruit.' A gacha coin machine event offers prizes including ice cream character keychains and menu vouchers — the gacha event runs especially during the opening days of April 9-11.

Sweet Park at Shinsegae Gangnam B1F is Korea's premier dessert destination, featuring dozens of top-tier dessert shops in one curated floor. Paul Bassett's ice cream is priced around 5,000-7,000 KRW per scoop, making it a moderate treat. The three-month run from April 9 to July 9 gives visitors plenty of time.

Located at Express Bus Terminal Station (Lines 3, 7 & 9), directly connected underground to Shinsegae Gangnam department store. The Sweet Park floor is on B1F. Plan extra time to explore the entire dessert floor — it's an experience in itself.
