
Seoul Subway Line 7 (Olive) runs from Dobongsan in the north to Bupyeong in the west, passing through Konkuk University, Cheongdam, Gangnam, and Express Bus Terminal.
Seoul Subway Line 7 (Olive Green) is the longest line in the Seoul metro network, running from Dobongsan Mountain in the northeast all the way to Incheon's Bupyeong in the west. It passes through Konkuk University's nightlife, Cheongdam's luxury strip, Gangnam, and the Express Bus Terminal.
Exit 2/3 for Ttukseom Hangang Park — riverside biking, paddle boats, and the photo-famous self-service ramen vending machine at Han River (viral TikTok spot).
Transfer to Line 2. Exit 6 for Common Ground (giant blue shipping-container mall) and the Konkuk food street.
Exit 9 for Galleria Luxury Hall and the K-pop agency row (Cube Entertainment, JYP Entertainment within 10 minutes walk). The Bongeunsa Temple is 2 stations away.
Exit 10 at Gangnam-gu Office for the K-Star Road — life-size bear statues celebrating top K-pop idols (BTS, TWICE, etc.).
Transfer to Lines 3, 9. Exit 8 for Shinsegae Gangnam department store, Goto Mall (underground shopping 600m long) — Seoul's top budget fashion destination.
Tip: Line 7's northern section goes to Surak/Dobongsan — hiking territory. South of Gangnam, Line 7 serves Gwanghwaen & Onsu — less touristy.

Seoul Subway Line 9 (Gold) is Seoul's only express subway line — faster than Line 2 from Gimpo Airport and Yeouido to Gangnam. Cherry blossom hotspot and COEX access.

Seoul Subway Line 8 (Pink) is the shortest line in Seoul — a focused 17 km stretch connecting Jamsil, Seokchon Lake cherry blossoms, Lotte World Tower, and Moran Market.

Seoul Subway Line 6 (Brown) runs through Itaewon's multicultural dining, HBC hipster alleys, Hapjeong's indie cafes, and Eunpyeong's World Cup Park.

Seoul Subway Line 5 (Purple) runs east–west through Gwanghwamun Square, Yeouido (Han River parks & cherry blossoms), and Olympic Park. Also serves Gimpo Airport.
