Kkotbab-e-pida (A Flower Blossom on the Rice) is a pioneer of 'honest food' in Seoul. They use only eco-friendly, organic ingredients sourced directly from small local farms. The restaurant has gained international fame for its 'Bojagi Bibimbap'—a bowl of bibimbap wrapped in a thin egg omelet tied like a traditional Korean gift bundle (bojagi), decorated with edible flowers.
As a recipient of the Michelin Green Star, they are committed to sustainability and healthy eating. The menu offers many vegan and vegetarian options, which is a rarity for traditional Korean restaurants. The flavor profile is delicate and clean, letting the natural quality of the ingredients shine.
