The Bakers Table is Seouls beloved German bakery on Gyeongridan-gil in Itaewon, run by German baker Micha Richter for over 10 years. Authentic German breads — dense sourdough rye, pretzels, and whole grain loaves — are baked fresh daily using traditional European techniques rare to find in Korea. The bakery has become an institution in Seouls international dining scene.
