Seokchon Lake is Seouls most iconic night cherry blossom spot. 1,100 Yoshino cherry trees ring the lake creating a perfect pink frame around the water with Lotte World Tower soaring 555 meters above as a dramatic backdrop. During the annual cherry blossom festival, the trees are illuminated at night, creating magical reflections on the lake surface. The lakeside walking path is about 2.5km, perfect for an evening stroll. Street food vendors and photo zones pop up during the festival. The combination of cherry blossoms, the tower, and the lake creates what many consider Seouls most photogenic spring scene.
